1. The service
Notepadle is a free online notepad provided "as is". We work to keep it fast and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. Your content
You own everything you write. You are responsible for keeping backups of important notes, for example by using the download button.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Notepadle to store or share illegal content, malware, spam, or material that infringes the rights of others. See Report Abuse.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notepadle is not liable for any loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
